Internship - Creative Artist (Concept & Pitch Development)

About the Role
Our partner is seeking a creative intern who is passionate about ideas, storytelling, and visual
development. This role is perfect for someone interested in learning how briefs are developed,
expanded and pitched within the advertising and production industry. The internship will be 12 weeks with
this turning into a permanent position if all goes well.
You’ll work with their creative team to explore ideas from early concept through to visual
execution, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI into the creative process, with opportunities
to follow through from pitching to production.
Key Responsibilities
● Support the development of creative concepts for advertising projects
● Assist in building pitch decks, mood boards, and visual treatments
● Explore and apply AI tools alongside CGI/Retouch to generate concepts and visuals
● Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions
● Research trends, references, and emerging technologies
● Help translate abstract ideas into clear visual narratives
Requirements
● Strong interest in concept development, storytelling, and visual design
● Basic experience with creative tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Blender)
● Interest in AI-driven creative workflows
● Strong communication and idea-presentation skills
● Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Nice to Have
● Experience creating pitch decks or visual presentations
● Understanding of branding or advertising
● Skills in motion design, illustration, or 3D
● Experience using AI to develop concepts
