Junior VFX Producer / Coordinator

House of Echo is partnering with an independent boutique VFX studio in Copenhagen to find a Junior VFX Producer / Coordinator.

Our client is a highly regarded creative studio specialising in premium commercial VFX. With a collaborative, close-knit team and a reputation for producing exceptional work, they offer the opportunity to make a real impact from day one. This is a studio where your ideas are valued, you'll work closely with senior creatives and clients, and you'll have genuine ownership over the projects you deliver.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced VFX production professional who is ready to take the next step. Working alongside the Executive Producer, you'll be trusted to independently run VFX projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring productions stay on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of VFX projects from kick-off to delivery.
• Coordinate artists, clients, schedules and resources across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout production.
• Work closely with the Executive Producer, keeping projects on track while escalating key decisions when needed.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure seamless project execution.
• Attend client meetings, reviews and shoots where required.
• Foster clear communication between production, artists and clients.

About You

• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator, Junior Producer, or similar within a VFX studio.
• Confident managing VFX projects independently with Executive Producer oversight.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client-facing skills.
• A proactive, calm and solutions-focused approach to production.
• Strong understanding of VFX production workflows.
• Fluent in Danish and English (essential).
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Copenhagen.
