2D Lead / VFX Supervisor

Location: London (Hybrid)

We're partnered with a creatively driven independent VFX studio specialising in high-end commercials. Renowned for its collaborative culture and long-standing relationships with directors, the studio is looking for an experienced 2D Lead / VFX Supervisor to help deliver exceptional creative work.

You'll take ownership of the 2D pipeline across projects, working closely with directors, clients, producers and artists from pre-production through to final delivery. From supervising shoots to leading creative reviews and remaining hands-on in Nuke, you'll play a key role in ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in commercial VFX compositing.
• Previous experience as a 2D Lead and/or VFX Supervisor.
• Expert knowledge of Nuke and compositing workflows.
• Experience supervising shoots and working directly with clients.
• A strong creative eye, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
